1950's Novelty Birdie in Water Maxi Dress

Insanely beautiful 1950's maxi dress with the cutest birdies and water scene! Its like a walking art piece! Has a side metal zipper and two side slits! This has no stretch, but I am unsure of the material exactly. The print is just fanbulous! Has a small repair in the front but otherwise in great condition!! I would say this would best fit a medium 30 inch waist max
