This is one of the coolest printed bell sleeves I ever got my hands on! Has a green and white stripe base with rainbow striped circles throughout making it such a funky print! Super bright and colorful! The bell sleeves are so cute with it and the collar has yellow rope tied tassels! It has two pockets, one on each side! The waist tie that I have with it can tie it into a dress or you can wear it open as a duster or robe! The measurements will be as a dress with it tied closed!
