Anyone in for some groovy psychedelic neon goodness? This fantastic 1960's psychedelic dress features a cute lace ruffle mock neck and big giant balloon sleeves with the cutest lace cuffs! Its super bright and fun print will make you stand out! I am including the electric blue belt that comes with it! Has a metal zipper in the back that is about 1/3 in length than a regular zipper! This fab dress would best fit a large to an XL with no stretch!
