1960’s Neon Day Glo Flower Power Summer Dress

Such a beautiful and colorfully bright 1960’s flower power dress! This dress is very day glo and has no stretch. It has an attached belt and is pleated in the front. It does have one side of the pits that has a light discoloration I am too scared to try to attempt to get it out!

Condition: Has pit lightening discoloration in the right pit ( I have not tried to take it out )
