It also has belt loops but is missing its original belt. The belt shown in the picture is not included, but to display how cute it would be with a belt! You can wear is as a robe or a dress! The measurements are from the tightest tie to the loosest tie. So it can basically fit from a small all the way to I believe an L-XL
