Another great beagle collar dress from the 1970's! These collars are so fun to find! Has a cute red, black white striped pattern! It comes with an attached waist tie and elastic cinch waist in the back with excellent elasticity! There is a talon zipper in the front and the tie can be tied back or front as well. Slight stretch and can fit a small to medium!
