1970's Blue Geometric Groovy Caftan

The groovy print on this caftan makes me think of the fire flower from Super Mario! It's super cute and light. It does seem to have two waists which is weird and I've never seen that before. The waist tie is attached to the bottom Waist. The only flaw to note is that the inside has pilling so it would need to be shaved!
