Amazing 1970’s Watercolor floral mini dress with major angel sleeves!

This dress was altered from a maxi to mini but the hem stitching is not too bad as Ive seen loads worse! It is evenly stitched and leveled. The right side of the sleeve has repairs done to it from the looks and feel of it. All in all this is a wonderful dress!
