1970's Groovy Green & Blue Floral Maxi

This 1970's Two Potato Maxi is so fun and vibrant! It features a bright neon green and blue floral print with big balloon sleeves! I think k the shoulders are meant to be slightly or completely off! The elastic in the shoulders are not super elastic like the sleeves and waist, but do have stretch to it. Because of this, I would say someone with broader shoulders would best fit! There is a small and very light discoloration at the left sleeve near the inner seam, but that is about all the disclaimers on here! I would say she will best fit a M-L
