1970's Handmade Rainbow Puff Mini Dress

If this isnt the cutest mini dress ever! This 1970's dress was found at an estate with lots of handmade and very old clothing from the 1920's to the 1980's and it popped as soon as I saw it! Looks to be possibly handmade and has puff sleeves! The elastic has been replaced by me in the sleeves for a more puff look! Its made of an acetate fabric I believe and has no stretch. This mini dress would best fit a size small, modern 4! No flaws!
