1970's Pastel Flower Power Bell Sleeve Chiffon Maxi

Another sweet 1970’s maxi with pastel florals and bell sleeves! This cutie also has a chiffon rayon outer layer and acetate inner lining! It seems like the back of the chiffon hem has shrunk and is a bit higher than the acetate lining. I am guessing whoever owned this previously washed it but never stretched it back out. That is the only noticeable area thats raised higher. There were a couple tiny pin holes in the chiffon I repaired and I also reinforeced all the stressed seams! She would best
